Family Reunion Liability Waiver & Agreement

By registering and participating in the Fowler Family Reunion, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. I understand that participation in reunion activities is voluntary and at my own risk.

2. I hereby release the Fowler Family Reunion organizers, committee members, and volunteers from any and all liability for injuries, illness, or damages that may occur during the event.

3. I accept full responsibility for the supervision and safety of any minors I bring to the event.

4. I agree to conduct myself in a respectful and family-friendly manner during all reunion activities.

5. I grant permission for photographs or videos taken during the reunion to be used in family newsletters, websites, or social media for commemorative purposes.

By submitting this form, I confirm that I have read and understood this waiver and agree to the terms listed above.
